Independent Testers

At JRC Web Solutions our complete software and QA testing is provided by software specialists other than the original developers, this allows faster testing of software and applications ensuring that project deadlines are met.

Although the testing specialists are independent of the developers they are involved in each project throughout and are in constant communication with developers ensuring issues are detected and resolved in a timely manner.

Effective system testing relies on good, frequent communication between the developers and the testers. The team here at JRC Web Solutions will work closely with your developers no matter whether they are UK based or overseas. We can work flexible hours to compensate for any time differences.

Accountability

A thorough test plan is drawn up for each project taking into account the requirements and specifications. All tests and outcomes are fully documented.

All bugs are reported and prioritised allowing the developers, testers and customers to track progress.

Once a bug is fixed it is re-tested by the independent tester who has sole authority to close the entry as resolved.
